Bakasyon ni Juan Travel and Tours Update

The following consuming public is advised that Bakasyon ni Juan Travel and Tours’ accreditation as a travel and tour agency is revoked effective immediately. This decision is a result of proper evaluation of the total of 17 complaints received against the company since January 2016. However, this revocation of accreditation will not hinder on going settlements being made to the complaints as well as any future claims against the company.

The public is strongly advised against transacting with the company in availing travel-related services as the company is in the process of liquidating all assets and resources to settle all obligations and is financially unable to deliver any paid services. Customers should contact the Department of Tourism and the municipal government of Solano to report any difficulty in settlement negotiations with Bakasyon ni Juan.

BAKASYON NI JUAN TRAVEL AND TOURS

In the interest of public consumer protection, the Department of Tourism advises the traveling public to exercise caution in transacting with Bakasyon Ni Juan Travel and Tours with offices in Solana, Nueva Vizcaya and Binondo, Manila. The Department of Tourism is currently evaluating the accreditation of Bakasyon Ni Juan due to numerous cases of non-delivery of paid services to its customers. Such evaluation may result to the suspension of its accreditation.

Customers are encouraged to contact the Department of Tourism the local government of Solana town, and the provincial government of Nueva Vizcaya to report any problems with their travel and tour arrangements with Bakasyon Ni Juan. Further updates will be given as information becomes available.
