The Municipality of Cabagan celebrates its Patronal Town Fiesta highlighting the famous Pansit Cabagan on January 16-25, 2013. Cabagan town fiesta which is celebrated every January 25 has lined up weeklong activities to cater to the hearts and minds of every Cabagueño and of those who might by invitation or chance come and celebrate with the townsfolks. According to Cabagan Mayor Christopher Mamauag, “Taking center stage is the ubiquitous Pansi’ Festival celebrated in recognition of the noodle industry which has forever etched its mark in the history and culture of Cabagan and its people”. Adding to the festive celebration is the Pancit Eating Contest, Kalesa, Kutseru, Kabayu (KKK) Festival: Inter-Barangay Kalesa Painting Competition, Sports Competitions, Senior Citizens-SK-Balikbayan-OFW Night, beauty pageant and Zambali Festival: Inter High Street Dance Competition, among others. The Cabagan Square Park flanked by the Municipal Town Hall and the St. Paul the Apostle Parish Church will be the venue of all the exciting events lined up in celebration of the Cabagan Patronal Town Fiesta.
